Terms of Service

By creating an account or using InventCatch you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

The service

InventCatch helps teams capture items, track expiration and inventory risk, and drive corrective actions. AI-extracted data is a convenience and may contain errors — you are responsible for reviewing and verifying dates and quantities before relying on them.

Accounts & tenants

Each new sign-up receives its own isolated workspace unless joining an existing one by invitation. You are responsible for safeguarding access to your account and for actions taken by users you invite.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other tenants' data, reverse-engineer the platform, or upload unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe per the plan you select. Trials convert to paid unless cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on AI-extracted data you did not verify.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
